 is a student thesis film about Hayes, a teenage LARPer who embarks on a fantastical adventure of gender discovery.

Hayes and his friends don costumes, pick up foam weapons, and run into the woods as fantasy heroes--all as a part of a massive game of pretend played by everyone in the neighborhood. It’s his first day with his older brother Sam’s adventuring party, and while Sam and fellow teens Lief and Lucy are off fighting monsters and casting spells, Hayes is paralyzed by the chainmail of masculinity weighing him down. After a battle goes wrong, Hayes must prove himself to Sam, Lucy, and Lief, but only after finding out that the secret to his strength lies not in the man he’s trying to be, but in those unknown parts of himself he’s afraid to discover.

Artemis

 is a 10-episode series (+ bts featurette) that follows a group of trans masc folks navigating life and love in Brooklyn, NY. Accolades include the Best of Indie TV (Indiewire) and "among he boldest and frankest representations of trans male love on-screen to date." (The Advocate)

BROTHERS

 is a song inspired by not fitting into what was expected of you but learning to be okay with it because life would be so boring otherwise.

In the last year or so, I have been fascinated in how in the ’80s and 90’s queer artists were documenting their lives and their chosen family in their apartments ex. Andy Warhol. I wanted to start documenting all the trans-BIPOC folks that come in and out of our trans house and capture moments of joy.
I also recently put out a song. 


For my first music video I wanted it to be an intimate DIY home video.
Yann and I used our old digital cameras to tape us hanging out. So much of trans masc portrayal is centered around our identities, scars, etc.so I wanted this video to be how we want to be seen and all the little things.
After watching the video, I realized that there is a second meaning behind the video which was the inner need for trans BIPOC to be for the first time portrayed as “boring” because it is in the small things that we can see true representation, instead of the constant sensationalism that we are forced into.
Moving forward in my art I want to continue to celebrate trans joy and my life because that itself is art.

Chi Chi’s House Party

Documentary portrait of Moisés and transformation from his previous identity as Ana: A quest for a reference model that integrates significantly through his voice and opinions of his friends.

Moisés, single, twenty-nine years old, lives in Barcelona, ​​works in a printing house. As a co-worker comments: “ Moisés’ path is not the Camino de Santiago ”, it is not a common path, nor a planned one, a hard constant struggle and a construction of himself from scratch. The decision has been made some time ago, now it has to be given shape: hormone therapy, surgery, modification of official identity documents (for which he must not have breasts or ovaries, although surgery is not necessary, there is a draft law that would require the imposition of the penis to change identity) and public recognition. An ordeal narrated through the voiceover of Moisés himself.

El camino de Moisés

is a short animated music video celebrating trans joy, trans love, and trans existence. It's made using a combination of analogue and digital animation techniques, including 35mm ﬁlm photography, rotoscoping, and traditional frame by frame animation.

FLORESCENCE

Four friends – Nic, Leo, Andrea and Raff – tell the stories of their gender transitions. Looking back on their childhood and youth, they share their personal memories and experiences. Even if they did not always conform to the social norms of femininity – all four were socialised as girls. Each of their gender biographies may be different, yet there are parallels. This helps them to understand each other and feel less alone. 

The discussions with partners, the choice of pronouns, the hormone therapy, decisions about surgery and dealing with the authorities – the processes are diverse, and lengthy. In the strictly binary world we live in, the decision to determine one’s own gender identity is a subversive act. 

 gives trans people a space to describe their personal paths to their own identity with the name they have chosen for themselves. The film is also a frank and sensitive depiction of the hurdles that they have had to overcome in society in order to implement the necessary social, physical and legal changes.

Nel Mio Nome

1991. The height of the AIDS crisis and a grim time for gay rights in the UK. A group of gay male nuns, the London House of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, decide to canonise Derek Jarman, a prominent queer filmmaker and the most public figure living openly with HIV at the time. They proclaim him Britain’s first living gay saint. 

brings the Sisters together again for the first time in over twenty years, to collectively piece together their memories and the joy, fury and pain they still feel about their years of frontline activism.

Saintmaking

The story starts at freshers. The play starts with a nosebleed.

Thrown together by university, three “boys” begin to realise just how difficult love is to communicate and how easy it is to misunderstand. Hookups and poets and beer mats aren't intervention enough; for them, and for as long as possible, it’s just Ro, Jam and Freddie. 

 is a queer and gender-expansive take on miscommunication, love and the messy second adolescence that many queer people face. What are the repercussions of bullying queer kids out of their “actual” boyhood? And most resoundingly, what do we reach for when we can’t say “I love you”?

 is presented by Mad Jacks Theatre. Mad Jacks are a new company whose work strives to move, confront and reimagine what queer and trans modes of theatre might look like. 

Scenes With Boys

In this meditation on trans sisterhood and Midwestern ennui, two tight-knit roommates (Mila and Fenyx) get ready for their night out. As they inject hormones, bicker, put on makeup, and smoke a little too much weed, we get an intimate glimpse into their loving—yet flawed—relationship.

Scouts Honor

Real boys skinny-dip, fight with swords and learn to masturbate together. At least that’s how the young men in 

imagine the boyhood they feel they were cheated out of. 

They are transgender, and now, as adults, they have decided to explore male identity formation in Northern Europe’s last wilderness. They have brought along a tent, gas fires and a slightly too clichéd list of all the things they need to experience on an educational journey that turns out to put their loving friendship to the test – and forces them into a modern existential battle in the middle of the nature they have otherwise always felt betrayed by.

Alex, a troubled and isolated teenager, finds a true and supportive friend in his sister’s boyfriend, Hendrik. But when Hendrik and Annelies announce their plans to leave the family home, Alex must face what is troubling him.

Kyiv, 2023. Two friends return from a party and stay at the home of one of them. It would seem like cozy evening but suddenly the heroes are caught in an air raid. Within the air raid happening the two guys explore their closeness.

Too Close

” is a film told through Alexa’s journey as a trans woman navigating the toxic culture that encompasses skateboarding and what it means to transcend fear through community.

Transenders

Twenty-year-old Lukas is a female-to-male (FTM) Transgender man, taking the steps through his gender reassignment treatment. His friendship with Ine, who is lesbian, is making the changes and assimilation easier. Lukas sees his romantic world open up for him as Ine introduces him to gay life in Cologne. As he becomes more and more interested in a local gay boy, things are getting more and more complicated.

Two 4 One

is a short narrative video about five transgender guys who, after discovering an internet article announcing the availability of penis transplants, plot ways to raise over a million dollars for surgery.

, and to Busby Berkeley and Peter Berlin movies, this action-packed comedy starts with the boys’ uneasy experiences of life as a “guy without a dick,” then follows their rosy fantasies of life “post-transplant,” and the crazy lengths to which they go to obtain surgery money. Fun and colorful, 

provides insightful commentary on the tyranny of body parts and mainstream culture’s policing of maleness from a queer perspective.
