Chores

Dust, a split-personality cyborg of fluid gender, zooms through time and space in search of their own memories and a sense of understanding. They travel from the Planet of White Dust where war is constant, to the Planet of Blood and Swelling, a hybrid of their father's body.

Dandy Dust

An experimental short film inspired by the trans-forming Mesopotamian deity Ishtar. Five guests – who are gender non-conforming, trans or non-binary – hold a feast in a fictionalised English country garden. The work grapples with mythologies and histories through reinterpreting and imagining new visual and sonic worlds.

ISHTAR

 is an experimental meditation on gender queerness and the blurred lines between influence, desire and obsession. The docu-fictional film revisits an unnamed subject’s childhood memory, resurfacing the nascent fantasies that once captured their imagination. What can we learn from our formative fascinations? Where in our mind do they live? How do they re-emerge?

This film was funded by the 2020 Barbara Hammer Lesbian Experimental Filmmaking Grant.

Mooncake

 is one of the major protagonists of the Dutch/Japanese animated series 

. The character Ollie transitions in the show in 2013 and was claimed to be a trans character because their pronouns changed to he/him when he enters his adulthood. 

A stork of the Great Wasteland and one of Alfred's childhood friends, Ollie's kind and determined nature led him in becoming from an unrecognized lawyer to a democratically elected president of his homeland after Dolf's initial defeat. Along with Alfred, he helps his friends in investigating the actions of the villain forces in the second Heroes vs. Villains.
